A regular practice will improve your overall quality of life. My goal is to help you heal your body with your yoga practice In order for you do to so safely, you will need to pay attention to your breath, the placement of your feet, how you ease in and out of a posture and where to need to soften and firm. My goal is to help you feel comfortable in class so that you can cultivate an at-home practice. Come join me for an alignment based practice which emphasizes alignment and form, frequently employing the use of props (blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters, etc.).
