🧘‍♂️ Gravity Yoga: Flexibility Training for Deep Release

Gravity Yoga is a targeted flexibility training method designed to improve mobility, joint health, and range of motion. This practice involves holding deep, passive stretches for 2 to 5 minutes or longer, allowing gravity to gently open the body without force or tension.

🌿 What Is Gravity Yoga?

Unlike strength-focused styles like Ashtanga or Hatha yoga, Gravity Yoga is all about relaxation and release. Poses are held in complete stillness, with the body fully relaxed—allowing gravity to do the work. This approach targets the deep connective tissues, including:

  • Fascia

  • Ligaments

  • Tendons

  • Joints and bones

The goal is to increase flexibility and expand your natural range of motion over time.

✨ Benefits of Gravity Yoga

  • Improves flexibility and joint mobility

  • Reduces stiffness and muscular tension

  • Supports injury prevention and recovery

  • Enhances circulation and tissue hydration

  • Complements strength-based yoga and fitness routines

🧘‍♀️ Who Is Gravity Yoga For?

Gravity Yoga is ideal for:

  • Athletes and active individuals

  • Beginners looking to improve flexibility

  • Anyone recovering from tightness or injury

  • Yogis seeking a deep, meditative stretch practice

No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to slow down and let go.

🧘‍♂️ Hatha Yoga: Build Strength, Flexibility & Balance

Hatha yoga is a foundational style of yoga that focuses on the physical practice of postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama). Unlike faster-paced styles like Vinyasa or Ashtanga, Hatha yoga is practiced at a slower pace, with longer posture holds and an emphasis on alignment and mindfulness.

🌿 What to Expect in a Hatha Yoga Class

In a typical Hatha yoga class, you’ll:

  • Practice a series of static yoga poses

  • Focus on proper alignment and breath awareness

  • Use props like blocks, straps, and blankets for support

  • Build strength, flexibility, and body awareness

  • Move at a steady, accessible pace—ideal for all levels

✨ Benefits of Hatha Yoga

  • Improves posture and joint stability

  • Enhances flexibility and muscular strength

  • Reduces stress and promotes relaxation

  • Builds a strong foundation for other yoga styles

  • Encourages balance between body and mind

🧘‍♀️ Who Is Hatha Yoga For?

Hatha yoga is perfect for beginners, those returning to yoga after a break, or anyone seeking a slower, more intentional practice. It’s also a great way to learn the fundamentals of yoga in a safe and supportive environment.

🧘‍♀️ Restorative Yoga: Deep Relaxation for Mind and Body

Restorative yoga is a gentle, therapeutic style of yoga that promotes deep relaxation and healing. Rooted in the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, this practice uses props—such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps—to fully support the body in restful postures.

🌿 What Is Restorative Yoga?

Unlike more active styles like vinyasa or hot yoga, restorative yoga focuses on stillness, breath, and support. Poses are held for extended periods, allowing the body to release tension and the nervous system to reset. Many yogis lovingly refer to it as “adult nap time”—but it’s so much more than that.

✨ Benefits of Restorative Yoga

  • Reduces stress and anxiety

  • Improves sleep and immune function

  • Enhances flexibility and joint mobility

  • Supports recovery from illness or injury

  • Balances the nervous system

  • Prepares the body and mind for meditation

🧘‍♂️ Who Is It For?

Restorative yoga is ideal for all levels, including beginners, seniors, and anyone recovering from physical or emotional stress. It’s also the perfect complement to more dynamic practices, helping to restore balance and prevent burnout.
